Andrew Reece is a Queenslander with more 20 years of experience in operating his own businesses, particularly in the property and software industries.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of InspectRealEstate.com.au (IRE), a company he co-founded with his brother-in-law Mike van Raders in 2011.

IRE is a Brisbane-based global software company that loves making tech to help property people.

Since 2011, IRE has grown from two team members to more than 120 and has assisted more than 90 million property enquiries on behalf of more than 2800 real estate agents in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

IRE products are based on the lessons Andrew learned at prorentals.com.au, the property management company he co-founded in 1998 that grew organically from 30 properties under management to more than 1700 in 10 years, and employed more than 33 team members.

Andrew is a Certified Practising Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting from the Queensland University of Technology.
