David has many years of experience in property management including growing, owning and managing his own property management business. While running his own business within the Rented Property Management group, he received the Business Growth Award for three consecutive years and the Highest Letting Fee Takes for two years in a row. He also has consistently had the lowest rent arrears amongst this group. In recent years, David has conducted โhealth checksโ on property management businesses throughout New Zealand and has a wealth of knowledge on improving processes, systems and profitability.
