Home / Growth Day 2022 / Hayley Stevenson
Hayley started as a receptionist in a Property Management business in Perth 25 years ago and worked her way from there to today’s Directorship of Housemart Queenstown, working just about every Property Management role in between.
She has bought, sold and grown businesses from scratch, won multiple awards in each of them and is never happy standing still.
Hayley firmly believes work should be fun! She doesn’t want to be the biggest but does want to be the best. She values team and culture likes good systems and looks to create a calm work environment.
Hayley draws on her wide range of experience as an administrator, Property Manager, Manager, Director and Business owner, as well as her huge range of contacts as a local and active community member in the district, to build and grow her successful business.

Home / Growth Day 2021 / Pic Picot
Pic Picot is the Founder of Pic’s Peanut Butter, that in nearly 13 years has become the best-selling peanut butter in New Zealand.
Pic, a legally blind peanut butter lover with no experience in the food industry, made his first peanut butter for him and his son’s enjoyment in 2007, roasting nuts in a concrete mixer in his garage and selling his first jars at the Nelson Saturday market.
Pic’s Peanut Butter World, his new factory, cafe and visitor experience, opened in February 2019, employing 50 people, and producing around 25,000 jars a day, with exports to Australia, China, the UK, the US, the Middle East and South-East Asia.
In 2018, Pic was made a member of the NZ Order of Merit for services to business.
Pic Picot will speak about how he went from barefoot hippy to peanut butter king. His entrepreneurial journey is an inspiration to anyone running and growing a business.
